Israeli ministers voted on it in a Cabinet meeting on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015. The GHG program was proposed by the Ministries of Environmental Protection (MoEP), Finance, and National Infrastructures, Energy and Water. It will ultimately result in a NIS 100 billion savings to the Israeli market.
